Ordering
What types of planner stickers do you make?
We make functional planner stickers, custom script stickers, icon stickers, date dots, habit trackers, school stickers, health stickers, work stickers, money stickers, home stickers and everyday life admin stickers.
Do KHDStickers fit all planners?
KHDStickers are designed to work across most planners, diaries, journals, teacher planners and bullet journals. Because planners vary so much, checking the sticker measurements on each listing is the best way to choose the right fit.
What size should I buy?
Many KHDStickers are available in Tiny, Small and Large. Tiny is great for compact planners and small spaces, Small suits most everyday planners, and Large works well when you want the sticker to stand out or fill more space.
About our Sticker Paper
What sticker paper do you use?
Almost all of our stickers are made on white, silky smooth removable vinyl. Your stickers can normally be removed or repositioned from paper for up to 6 months. Weather conditions, including very humid locations may shorten this duration.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Most of our orders are sent in Australia and Worldwide by Australia Post.
How long until I receive my order?
The processing time (the time it takes to print and pack your stickers) is shown on the front page and the top of all pages. It’s normally 1-3 working days, though this may change during peak periods like December/January and will be updated.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. Check delivery & order processing for more information on delivery times.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes, we ship to many counties including New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, Japan, UK, and more! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I return my stickers?
If you’re not happy with your products or change your mind, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Where a refund is provided it can only be made via the method that the payment was received, and will be made within 2 business days of the products have been received back at KHDStickers.
For change of mind returns, postage is not refunded. This policy is in addition to normal statutory guarantees.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What if there is an error or problem with my stickers.
We check all products that are sent and on rare occasions an error may happen. Please contact us so we can replace your items. For our records, a photo may be requested of the problem.

Can I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Leave a note during checkout or send an email request after you order, and I can send a tax invoice through for you.
Where are your stickers printed?
Yes. KHDStickers are printed and packed in our small studio in the Camden district of NSW, Australia. We have been creating planner stickers since 2015.
